MISSING - Presumed Dead

It has been 2 months since the hero, Techno-Slash has been seen patrolling the skies of Paragon City. There have been many reports of what may of happened to him. The most reported was that he is in fact dead.

I can reveal now that there has been sightings of a man matching his description wandering back alleys. He seems to be confused and lost. I hope to be able to track him down and find out if he is in fact the cities lost hero.
